How We Started

360 Surfaces was founded in Vancouver WA by Tim after nearly a decade installing epoxy and concrete coatings across the Pacific Northwest. After watching too many installs fail because of skipped prep and cheap materials, we built 360 Surfaces around a simple standard: do every job the way we'd do it in our own house.

That's it. No franchise playbook. No rotating subcontractors. No "good enough." Just real diamond-grind prep, premium materials, and a crew that shows up on time, cleans up every night, and stands behind the work with a 15-year warranty in writing.

What We Believe

Prep is everything. 9 out of 10 coating failures come from bad prep — acid etching, skipped grinding, coating over moisture. We never cut that corner. Every slab gets diamond-ground to an SP3 profile, moisture-tested, and repaired before a drop of epoxy goes down.

Small and dedicated beats big and impersonal. When you hire 360 Surfaces you get the same people from estimate through final walkthrough. We're building a team the right way — slowly, carefully, with people who care.

Honesty over upsells. If sealing is the right call for your driveway, we'll tell you. If epoxy is the wrong choice for your basement, we'll tell you that too. We'd rather turn down a bad job than take one we can't stand behind.
