Refuge Fog in Winter, Drier Summers and the Drive

The Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge keeps winter fog thick around the north side of town, and slabs there stay damp until late spring. By July most Sherwood patios are dry enough to coat. We meter every slab before we start. Near Stella Olsen Park and along the Cedar Creek Trail, tree cover keeps some patios shaded, which means more moss to remove during prep. Is there an extra charge because Sherwood is 50 minutes away?

Our Old Town porch was partly replaced years ago. Can the new and old parts match?

The last owner put a patio coating on and it is peeling. What does that mean for us?

It means grinding the old coating off before anything new goes on. Failed DIY coatings are common in Sherwood's newer subdivisions. It adds some time and cost, but skipping it would make the new overlay fail the same way.
